Soccer athletes are strong yet nimble, agile yet ground-covering, powerful yet creative, fast yet controlled. Arguably, they are the most athletic athletes on earth! Unfortunately, they often play through knicks and knocks that over time, turn into nagging problems that affect their freedom to move.

It is not normal to:

Have chronic hamstring strains

Have consistent hip and groin pain

Feel weak in your ankles

Have difficulty driving, shooting, or passing a ball

Have low back tightness or pain

Be stiff in ankles or calves

It is normal to:
