Coach Rush is from Eskridge, KS and also attended Emporia State University where he got his bachelors degree in health and human performance. He then went on to get his masters from ESU. In his free time he loves to be with his wife and spend time at the gym. Coach Rush is passionate about helping others feel confident beyond a physical standpoint.
1. What’s the best part of your story so far?
Knowing that there is more to come in the future! The book hasn’t been fully written yet, so I look forward to adding more chapters.
2. Name three words that you would use to describe yourself:

3. What is something no one would ever believe to be true about you?
I was in speech therapy for 9 years! I started at age 3 and couldn’t even properly say my name.
4. What are you passionate about related to the work you do in serving others?
Getting to see people build up their confidence. It’s goes beyond just a physical standpoint and can help open up doors that may have never been attempted before.
5. What are you doing when you feel most like you?
Being at the gym or giggling up a storm with my wife.
6. What is one thing you are trying to make a habit?
Getting back into doing more cardio (15min minimum per workout) and remembering to take out the trash on Wednesdays!
